Relax and have fun in your own cabana! Rented for the day, our cabanas come with personalized host from one of our team members that will check on your family or group throughout your stay.
Upgraded chairs and furniture are available with shade while watching all of the action.

** For all Cabanas, a $100 deposit is required when you arrive, that you will get back, upon leaving as long as the area is cleaned, nothing is damaged (the party will be responsible for paying for any damages). No deposit required for online bookings, damages will be charged to your payment card.**
- No grilling or cooking is allowed inside the Cabanas. If you prefer to grill, we recommend renting the Sideline Cabanas, as you can grill / cook just outside the backside of the cabana.
- Access to your Cabana begins when the park opens, until 15 minutes before the park closes.
- No Smoking inside the Cabanas
- No Animals allowed inside the cabanas. Official service animals are allowed inside the cabanas but NOT on the furniture at anytime.
**Changes to a reservation date must take place within 48 hours of the reservation. Cancellations must take place at least 1 week before the reservation.**
Watercraft Rentals
Explore the beauty of Lake McSwain and Lake McClure in your choice of watercraft. Choose from Paddle Boards and Kayaks (1 person, 2 person, or child) to enhance your lake experience.
- 60-minute and 4-hour and full day rentals available.
- All Rentals are due back to The Reel Deal Market & Café by the time it closes for the day.
- All Rentals are on a first-come, first-serve basis, and are available at The Reel Deal Market & Café (both Lake McSwain and Barrett Cove locations).
- Rentals are available until 1.5 hours before store closing.
- Rentals must be returned 30 minutes prior to closing. Fees for late arrivals apply.
